Capacity strengthening remains at the heart of our work. VICF delivers practical training and coaching that equips institutions, communities, youth, women, and producer groups with the knowledge and skills needed for sustainable growth. Our training areas include business development, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), savings and investment, group dynamics, leadership, cooperative development, poverty graduation models, livelihood development, project management, proposal writing, MEAL systems, data management, organizational development, and digital skills.
With headquarters in Mogadishu and operational presence across all Federal Member States, VICF provides reliable field access, quality data collection, independent verification, and responsive technical support, even in hard-to-reach locations. Our nationwide network enables timely delivery while maintaining consistency, transparency, and quality throughout every stage of implementation.
